Terms and Conditions at Albergue - La Casa Verde

1. General Scope

These terms apply to all online bookings for hostel rooms and beds, as well as related services provided by the hostel.

Subletting or using rooms for purposes other than accommodation requires prior written consent.

2. Booking Process

Bookings can be made via the hostel's website, approved booking platforms, or directly with hostel staff.

A valid government ID, email address, phonenumber and payment details are required during booking.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or credit card guarantee. The hostel will provide confirmation via email.

3. Age Restrictions

Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. For minors aged 16–17, a letter of consent from a parent/guardian and their ID copy must be submitted before arrival.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made in advance using accepted methods such as credit cards, PayPal, or bank transfers for non refundable rates.

Standard rates can be paid in advance, but can also be paid on site during check-in.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Non-refundable bookings may require immediate payment; cancellations due to invalid payment details will void the contract.

Refunds are provided only in cases where the hostel cannot accommodate the guest due to unforeseen issues.

6. Group Bookings

Bookings for groups larger than 4 people can only use non refundable rates.

Maximum group size is 8 people per booking; multiple bookings for the same group are prohibited without prior approval.

7. House Rules

Guests must adhere to the hostel’s house rules at all times. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Pets are only allowed in the Twin-room. No boking with pets allowed in the dormitory.

8. Liability

The hostel is liable for services provided but limits liability to cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Claims against the hostel generally expire after one year unless based on intentional breaches.

9. Length of Stay

Maximum stay is seven nights consecutively unless otherwise agreed.

10. Changes and Amendments

Guests must verify booking details upon confirmation and report inaccuracies immediately to amend errors.

The hostel reserves the right to change room assignments during the stay due to operational needs.
